Sevilla strriker Carlos Bacca has acknowledged that he is on the verge of completing his move to AC Milan this summer.

Bacca netted 49 times and assisted a further 22 goals for the Sevillistas following his arrival at the Sanchez Pizjuan in the summer of 2013.

His prolific goal return has seen his stock rise among the European heavyweights and Premier League giants Manchester United and Liverpool were linked with a move for the Colombian.

Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini also recently acknowledged that his club were eager to secure the forward’s signature.

However, the 28-year-old has acknowledged that he has reached an agreement with AC Milan.
