Leeds United midfielder Tommaso Bianchi is not thinking of a return to Italy, despite interest from a number of clubs, including Serie B outfit Modena.

The player's agent insists that his client is under contract at Elland Road and not considering heading back to his native Italy in the summer transfer window.

Bianchi made 24 appearances in the Championship for the Whites last term, having linked up with the Yorkshire club last summer.

His agent, questioned about his client potentially calling time on his England adventure, told Italian outlet Tutto Mercato: "I think that Tommaso certainly remains with Leeds.

"He has three years left on his contract and at this time there is no chance of him returning to Italy", he concluded.

Bianchi was a regular fixture for the Whites during the first half of last season, but picked up an injury in the new year which brought his campaign to an early end.

The 26-year-old started his career with Piacenza before spells with Chievo Verona, Sassuolo and Modena. He then headed to Leeds as the Whites extensively raided the Italian market.

Bianchi will hope to impress new Leeds boss Uwe Rosler and regain his spot in the Whites starting eleven over the summer.
