Radamel Falcao will be at Chelsea's training camp in Canada on 19th July after committing to the Blues.

The striker is heading to link up with Chelsea on loan from French outfit Monaco after flopping at Manchester United on a similar deal last term.

Falcao could only hit the back of the net on four occasions for the Red Devils as he struggled to hold down a spot in Louis van Gaal's side.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho believes he can revive the Colombian's career and is taking him to Stamford Bridge to help the Blues defend their Premier League title next term.

And according to Colombian broadcaster Gol Caracol, the deal for Falcao to move to Chelsea is done.
