Real Madrid have lined up Leonardo Bonucci as a potential summer signing if Sergio Ramos leaves the Santiago Bernabeu, according to Turin-based daily Tuttosport.

Ramos appears to be heading towards the exit gate at the Santiago Bernabeu amidst reports that Manchester United have tabled a £28.6m bid for the defender.

The Spain international appears increasingly unsettled in the Spanish capital after no headway has been made on his contract renewal talks with the club.

In the prevailing circumstances, Real Madrid are eyeing potential replacements in case Ramos ends up leaving the club this summer.

They are considering a €30m bid for the Italy international and are willing to double his current wages, reported to be around 2m.
