Real Madrid have contacted Manchester United and Liverpool linked defender Aymen Abdennour to propose a transfer to the Bernabeu this season.

The Monaco defender has been linked with a host of clubs across Europe, including the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool, Juventus, Newcastle United and Bayern Munich.

His agent has claimed that his client is not interested in a move to Italy but is keen on a transfer to either England or Spain.

Real Madrid are said to be aware of the defender’s desire to play for a big club in the future and according to Spanish TV programme El Chiringuito, the club have contacted the player about a summer switch this summer.

Sergio Ramos is said to be ready to force his way out of Real Madrid and is reportedly keen on joining Manchester United before the season starts in August.
