Celtic boss Ronny Deila is delighted with the performance of midfielder Tom Rogic during the Hoops’ friendly win over Den Bosch, adding that the Australian is bound to raise his game with more training.

Deila’s men registered a 2-0 win over the Dutch side in the first of the five friendlies that they have lined up this summer.

There were several fringe faces in the Bhoys’ line-up as the manager assesses his personnel before the 2015/16 season kicks off and they begin their defence of the Premiership title.

Rogic was one of the faces in the side and Deila is delighted to have the Australian midfielder fit and ready for action.

“He's a great player and a great person”, the Norwegian was quoted as saying by his club’s site.
