AC Milan have reached an agreement with Spanish side Sevilla for the acquisition of forward Carlos Bacca, subject to him passing his medical, this summer.

Bacca has enjoyed two hugely successful seasons at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan since he arrived from Club Brugge in the summer of 2013.

He contributed 49 goals and 22 assists during his time in Andalusia to secure two Europa Leagues.

The Colombia international was on the radar of several European outfits, including Premier League giants Manchester United and Liverpool, for his prolific goal return. But AC Milan have won the race to secure his signature.

The Italian giants have released a statement on their website announcing an agreement with Sevilla for the transfer of the 28-year-old.
