Paris Saint-Germain are ready to rival Arsenal for the signature of full-back Faouzi Ghoulam.

The Gunners are keen on the Napoli defender, but could have heavyweight opposition to contend with if they do make a move to try to take him to the Emirates Stadium this summer.

Indeed, according to France Football, Ghoulam has fallen onto the radar at PSG.

The French champions view Ghoulam as a potential replacement for full-back Lucas Digne, who is being chased by Roma.

PSG are now free to focus their full financial firepower on the transfer market after UEFA lifted their financial fair play sanctions.

Napoli snapped up Ghoulam from French outfit Saint-Etienne in the January 2014 transfer window and he instantly set about impressing in Italian football under Rafael Benitez.

Ghoulam has made a total of 60 appearances in all competitions for Napoli since he arrived in the south of Italy.

He could though end up following Benitez out of Napoli this summer.
