Manchester United will not allow David de Gea to join Real Madrid if the Spanish giants refuse to sell Sergio Ramos to the Red Devils, according to Spanish daily AS.

Manchester United and Real Madrid are at the moment dominating the transfer headlines as both clubs want to buy influential dressing room figures from each other this summer.




De Gea played a key role in Manchester United qualifying for the Champions League after just one season out of it and is wanted at the Bernabeu by Real Madrid.

And Manchester United want to sign Ramos from Los Blancos after it emerged that his relationship with the club’s hierarchy has been on a rapid slide for the last few months.
 


While De Gea has been on Real Madrid’s radar for a long time, the situation with Ramos is speculated to have developed over the last few months and Manchester United are keen to exploit the circumstances.
