Italian champions Juventus have officially confirmed the signing of striker Simone Zaza on a five-year deal.

The hitman impressed in Serie A last season with minnows Sassuolo and Juventus have acted to take him to Turin this summer to bolster their attacking options.




The Bianconeri have splashed out €18m to capture Zaza, who has put pen to paper on a five-year contract with the Italian champions.

Juventus have also confirmed that they will pay the €18m fee for Zaza over a period of three years.
 

 

The 24-year-old is a senior Italy international and made his Azzurri debut in September last year against the Netherlands in a friendly.

Last season Zaza hit the back of the net 12 times in all competitions for Sassuolo, turning heads with his performances.

He scored against several Serie A heavyweights, netting against Roma, AC Milan and Inter.

Zaza also collected eleven yellow cards throughout the 2014/15 campaign.
