Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale is eager to help his side back amongst the trophies and is keen for them to win the Champions League next season.

Bale landed at the Santiago Bernabeu in the summer of 2013 from Tottenham Hotspur and in his first season in Spain, he won the Champions League as well as the Copa del Rey.

The Wales international played an instrumental role in both triumphs, scoring decisive goals in the final of the Champions League against Atletico Madrid and in the summit clash of the Spanish Cup against Barcelona.

However, he endured a difficult campaign last term as Real Madrid ended their season without major silverware.

Now, he has trained his sights on guiding the Spanish capital giants back amongst the trophies in the coming season and is targeting an 11th European Cup for Los Blancos.
