Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray are pushing to sign Mathieu Flamini from Arsenal.

Galatasaray have already made one signing from Arsenal this summer in the shape of Lukas Podolski and now want to follow up the acquisition of the German by once again raiding the Emirates Stadium.

According to Turkish outlet AMKspor, Galatasaray are weighing up a €4m deal for Flamini, who they believe is ready to leave Arsenal to move to the Turk Telekom Arena.

As was the case with Podolski, it has been claimed that Flamini wants to play more first team football and is open to joining the Turkish champions.

Flamini has only a year left to run on his contract with Arsenal and lost his place in the Gunners side towards the end of last term.
