Armin Veh is aiming for his Eintracht Frankfurt to pass Leeds United to death this evening in a friendly in Austria.

The Bundesliga outfit are aiming to develop their possession-based style of football and have Uwe Rosler's men in their sights as their first victims.

Veh is keen for his men to dominate from the off against the English Championship side, as well as ensuring they are more proactive than reactive over the course of the 90 minutes.

The 54-year-old coach told Kicker: "We want to be proactive more than reactive.

"We want to have possession of the ball more and we want to make the opponents chase the ball", the former Wolfsburg boss added.

"We have good football players and we aren't a kick and rush team", Veh concluded.

Eintracht Frankfurt are one of two Bundesliga teams that Leeds will lock horns with over the course of pre-season, with the other being Hoffenheim, who they are due to meet in Norway.

Veh took charge of Eintracht Frankfurt earlier this summer after signing a two-year deal with the club.

His current spell is his second in charge of the Frankfurt-based side, following a stint from 2011 until 2014.
