Manchester United new boy Morgan Schneiderlin feels that playing alongside vastly experienced players like Michael Carrick and Bastian Schweinsteiger will greatly help him become a better player.

Schneiderlin is one of the five signings that the Red Devils have completed thus far this summer. He is joined by Memphis Depay, Schweinsteiger, Sergio Romero and Matteo Darmian as the summer arrivals at Old Trafford.

The Frenchman has landed from Southampton – the club he had been part of since 2008, when he joined from Strasbourg.

When asked in an interview with his new club’s site if playing alongside veterans like Carrick and Schweinsteiger will help his game, the midfielder replied: “Of course it will help my game.”

He further added that he is still in the middle of his career and is looking forward to improving his game at Old Trafford.
