Bayern Munich are yet to make any move for Manchester United target Pedro Rodriguez.

The 27-year-old has been widely tipped to be on his way out of Barcelona this summer, with Manchester United believed to be his primary suitors.

However, rumours have emerged Bayern Munich are also interested in signing Pedro this summer and are plotting a summer swoop for the Barcelona forward.

But according to Spanish daily Mundo Deportivo, the German champions have not made any move for the player and his representatives are also unaware of any interest from Bavaria.

Manchester United are still being considered the favourites to land the forward this summer and the club have been in negotiations with Barcelona over a deal for Pedro.

The negotiations are expected to intensify once Manchester United return from their pre-season tour later this week and Pedro is expected to be on his way to Old Trafford this summer.

The player has already informed Luis Enrique and his team-mates about his decision to find the exit door at the Nou Camp during the transfer window.

While he is expected to struggle to find a place in the Barcelona eleven because of the plethora of options Enrique has, the forward has reportedly been assured of a starting spot in the Manchester United team by Louis van Gaal.
