Liverpool have sent representatives to Barcelona to negotiate a deal to bring youngster Adama Traore to Anfield, according to Catalan radio station RAC1.

Various clubs across Europe are keen on the 19-year-old Barcelona B winger after his side suffered relegation from the Segunda Division into the third division at the end of the 2014/15 season.




But Premier League club Liverpool have reportedly taken the upper hand by sending representatives to Catalonia to negotiate a transfer for the youngster.

Traore has been interesting the likes of Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Manchester City, Sevilla and Everton over the summer as Barcelona are keen on sending the prospect out on loan to gain experience at the top level.
 


The right winger played 37 times for Barcelona B in their relegation campaign last season, providing 14 assists.

He also played twice for the senior team in 2014/15, scoring his first Barcelona goal in a Copa del Rey tie against Huesca.

Traore has a release clause of €15m in his current contract at Barcelona, which runs until the summer of 2018.
