Rangers youngster Calum Gallagher has saluted the new regime of manager Mark Warburton and his assistant David Weir at the club.

Gallagher has spoken positively about the changes at the club, and feels the new regime has brought about togetherness and good team environment at the club, which he believes has stemmed from the new management’s detail-based approach and building good relationships with the players.

Speaking to Rangers TV, the striker said: “They [the management] have really got to know the players well and have created good relationships quickly.
