Manchester City forward Enes Unal has completed his loan move to Belgian outfit Genk.

Unal signed for the Etihad Stadium outfit earlier this summer from Turkish club Bursaspor and featured in three pre-season games for the Citizens.




The Turk’s loan spell with the Belgian outfit is for a duration of two seasons and was confirmed by a statement released on the Citizens’ website.

“Turkish striker Enes Unal has gone on loan to Belgian side Genk for the next two seasons.”
 


Unal is a product of Bursaspor’s youth academy – the club he joined in 2003 – and was promoted to the first team in 2013.

He made 31 appearances across all competitions for the Bursaspor first team, scoring once and providing two assists for his team-mates.

The youngster also made his senior Turkey national team debut when he came on as a substitute for Olcay Sahan in the 57th minute of at a 2–1 friendly victory against Luxembourg in March this year.

Unal will be keen to impress in the Belgian league and help Genk fight for the league title in the 2015/16 season.
