Manchester City forward Stevan Jovetic has completed a loan move to Inter Milan with a view to making the deal permanent upon the completion of the loan stint.

Jovetic has joined the Serie A giants on an 18-month loan and will be plying his trade for the San Siro outfit in the forthcoming season.

The Montenegro international arrived at the Etihad Stadium in the summer of 2013 from Fiorentina, but failed to cement a regular first team spot during his two seasons at the club.

He was heavily linked with a move back to the Italian league all through this summer and Roberto Mancini’s Inter have succeeded in completing his signature.

A statement released on the Manchester City website confirmed the development.
