Former Leeds United star Max Gradel is set to sign a four-year contract with Bournemouth in the next few days.

Eddie Howe’s side have reportedly agreed a €10m fee with Saint-Etienne, but the deal has not been finalised yet.




Both clubs are expected to continue to negotiate over the weekend to reach an agreement over the fine print of the deal and Gradel is expected to sign a contract with Bournemouth in the next few days.

The player is expected to undergo a medical soon and according to L’Equipe, the Ivorian will sign a four-year contract with the Premier League new boys.
 


He is expected to arrive in England in the next few days to complete his switch to the Premier League and is set to be presented at Bournemouth next week.

The forward scored 17 Ligue 1 goals for Saint-Etienne last season and the club were unwilling to part with one of the most important members of their squad.

However, the player is said to be keen to move back to his former club Bournemouth, where he spent a season on loan from Leicester in the 2007/08 campaign.

Gradel also played for Leeds before moving to France with Saint-Etienne in 2011 and remains a fan favourite at Elland Road.
