AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani admits that the club will find it hard to sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic from Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

The Swede’s future has come under the scanner this summer and the Rossoneri are one of his primary suitors.

While Ibrahimovic has maintained that he is happy at PSG and would not like to go back to Italy, the rumours linking him with a move back to AC Milan are refusing to die down.

However, the Milanese giants are aware that any deal to take the Swede to the San Siro would be difficult, but Galliani said that if the circumstances change, AC Milan would be in pole position to sign the forward this summer.

“Ibrahimovic is difficult, the chances of getting him to Milan are minimal”, Galliani was quoted as saying by Italian daily Corriere dello Sport.

“He still has a year left on his contract with PSG and is almost certainly staying in Paris.

“However, if anything changes, Milan are in pole position.”

Ibrahimovic joined PSG from AC Milan in 2012 and has been instrumental in the club’s domination of French football over the last few years.

He has scored 106 goals in 130 appearances for the Parisians and still has a year left on his contract with the club.
