Aston Villa have agreed to Barcelona’s request to include a buy-out clause in their agreement for Adama Traore.

The Villans have reportedly beaten off competition from Liverpool and Stoke City for the signature of the talented youngster from Barcelona this summer.

The 19-year-old has signed a three-year contract with Tim Sherwood’s men, with an option for a fourth year, meaning he could stay at Villa Park until 2019.

The Villans are expected to pay a fee of around €10m for the player and according to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona have inserted a buy-back option in the agreement with Aston Villa.

The Catalan giants are aware of the talent that Adama possesses and are unwilling to lose sight of a player who they feel has the potential to become world class in the future.

Liverpool were keen to snap up the Barcelona starlet and Stoke City were also keen to add him to their array of La Masia graduates this summer.
