Real Madrid midfielder Lucas Silva and former Celtic defender Jason Denayer are expected to arrive in Marseille today in order to finalise their move to the French club, according to beIN Sports.

This summer, Silva’s future has been a source of constant speculation and he has been linked with a whole host of clubs.




Premier League giants Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea as well as Southampton have been reported to have expressed their interest in the Brazilian – but they seem to be too late to the party.

Marseille appear close to capturing their target on a loan spell as they bid to strengthen their side for the ongoing campaign and challenge Paris Saint-Germain for the league title.
 


The 22-year-old is expected to arrive at the French club today in order to finalise the deal.
