Paris Saint-Germain forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic has congratulated his former club Malmo for their progress to the group stage of the Champions League at Celtic's expense, adding that one day he would like to experience the European Cup at the Swedbank Stadion.

Ibrahimovic started his professional football career with Malmo and stayed with the Swedish side from 1999 until his departure in 2001 for Dutch giants Ajax Amsterdam.

The lanky forward is currently plying his trade for reigning French champions PSG, with whom he has been since his transfer in 2012 from AC Milan.

Last night, Malmo made their way to the group stage of the Champions League after they overcame Celtic in the playoff round with a 4-3 aggregate victory over the Scottish giants.

And Ibrahimovic took to Twitter to express his joy for the success of his former side.
