Napoli are growing impatient about Jonathan de Guzman dragging his feet on a loan move to Sunderland, which has been agreed.

De Guzman has held talks with Sunderland manager Dick Advocaat and has in principle agreed to the move, but the midfielder is still asking for further time to ponder the switch before he puts pen to paper.

Napoli, who want to replace him with Marseille's Mario Lemina, are now growing impatient and are pressuring De Guzman to move, according to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato.

The Italian side are planning to replace De Guzman with Lemina, but want the former Swansea man to have gone before they make the signing.

Napoli have agreed a season-long loan deal with Sunderland for De Guzman and the Black Cats will sign him permanently if they survive in the Premier League this term.
