West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has yet to give the green light to the Hammers signing Alessandro Matri from AC Milan.

The Premier League side have an agreement with the Rossoneri for Matri, while the player has also agreed to move to Upton Park.

But according to Sky Italia, the deal has not yet been completed because Bilic has yet to sign it off.

It is not clear why Bilic has not yet said yes to Matri signing for the Hammers and should the Croatian give his approval, a deal could be done within a matter of hours.

The 31-year-old hitman is surplus to requirements at AC Milan and has been hoping to sample the Premier League with West Ham.
