Jordan Botaka is set to sign a two-year contract with Leeds United, with an option for a third year, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.

The Excelsior winger flew into England on Sunday from the Netherlands and was put through his medical paces with the Whites earlier today.

Leeds are now racing towards wrapping up the deal and signing Botaka to a contract running until 2017, although if he impresses the Championship side can increase the length by a further year.

Leeds turned their attention to Botaka after deciding NEC Nijmegen winger Anthony Limbombe was too expensive; the Whites had an offer of €2m turned down.
