Excelsior winger Jordan Botaka is currently undergoing a medical with Leeds United ahead of sealing a switch to Elland Road.

The Whites switched their attention to Botaka after being priced out of a move for NEC Nijmegen winger Anthony Limbombe, despite the player being keen to join the Yorkshire giants.

A deal was quickly agreed for Botaka, who travelled to England yesterday.

Now, according to Dutch outlet Soccer News, the winger is currently undergoing his medical checks with Leeds.

Should they pass without a hitch, Botaka will then put pen to paper on a contract with the Championship club.
