Newcastle United midfielder Olivier Kemen has announced his move to Ligue 1 outfit Lyon.
The highly-rated youngster, who is the captain of France's Under-19 side, arrived in his homeland this morning to undergo a medical with Lyon and put the finishing touches to his move to Les Gones.
Now, ahead of the transfer window closing in France, Kemen has put pen to paper on a contract with the Stade Gerland outfit.
The midfielder posted a photograph of himself signing his contract on Twitter, writing: "Officially a Lyon player. Really happy to sign for this great club."

Kemen did not make a single senior appearances for Newcastle during the time he spent at St. James' Park and will be looking forward to pushing for a first team spot with Lyon.

Monaco reportedly failed with a bid to sign Kemen earlier this summer, while he also attracted interest from AC Milan, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.
But the midfielder is continuing his career back in his homeland with Ligue 1 giants Lyon.
