AC Milan target Axel Witsel has found himself another suitor in the form of Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur.

The Italian giants have been trying to wriggle the Belgian midfielder out of Zenit Saint Petersburg’s clutches all summer but are yet to find a solution.

And with the transfer window closing today in Italy, the Rossoneri are in a race against time to secure the signature of the 26-year-old midfielder.

However, the deal is set to become even more complicated for AC Milan as according to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, Tottenham have made a late move for the player.
