Leeds United are looking at Watford winger Lloyd Dyer and Nottingham Forest's Jamie Paterson, as speculation runs wild over who the Whites intend to sign before the transfer window closes.

The Yorkshire giants are poised to confirm the signing of winger Jordan Botaka from Dutch side Excelsior, however they are in the market for another winger.

According to the Yorkshire Evening Post, two names on Leeds' radar are Watford's Dyer and Nottingham Forest's Paterson.

32-year-old winger Dyer started his career with West Brom, being sent out on a series of loan spells before he joined Millwall on a permanent basis.

Paterson meanwhile was signed by Nottingham Forest from Walsall in 2013 and operates both as a winger and a forward.

It remains to be seen if Leeds can push a deal for either player over the line before the window closes at 6pm (UK time) this evening.
