Liverpool have left defender Jose Enrique off their Europa League group stage squad list.
The Spanish full-back has been deemed surplus to requirements by Reds boss Brendan Rodgers and there was speculation he was set for a move to West Brom on transfer deadline day.
But Enrique stayed put at Anfield and cannot now leave the club until the winter transfer window.
Rodgers has though chosen to leave the former Newcastle man off his Europa League squad list.
New Liverpool signings Adam Bogdan, Nathaniel Clyne, Joe Gomez, James Milner, Roberto Firmino, Christian Benteke, Divock Origi and Danny Ings are included on the list.

Liverpool have also put Daniel Sturridge on their squad list, despite there not yet being any word on when the injury plagued striker will be back in action.
The Reds are in Group B in the Europa League and face games against Bordeaux, Rubin Kazan and Sion.
