Details of Manchester United's potential bonus payments to Monaco for striker Anthony Martial have been revealed.

The Premier League side snapped up Martial in a big-money move from Monaco on transfer deadline day yesterday and although there is doubt about the exact fee paid, with figures varying in France and England, he has become the most expensive teenager in world football.

Manchester United are due to make a number of bonus payments for Martial dependent upon the progress he makes at Old Trafford.

And details of the exact make-up of the bonus payments have been released by French radio station RMC.

It has been claimed Manchester United have paid an initial €50m (£36.7m) for Martial, while if he plays in 25 games this season, Monaco will receive a further €10m (£7.3m).

Monaco will earn another €10m when Martial wins his 10th senior cap for the France national team, if he is still at Manchester United.

And they will collect a third payment of €10m if Martial finishes in the top 20 of FIFA Ballon d'Or voting during his time at Old Trafford.

Manchester United therefore could pay a total of €80m (£58.7m) for Martial.
