Manchester United new boy Matteo Darmian thinks that it is important for the Red Devils to focus on all their opponents equally instead of getting too hung up about the top teams.

Darmian has arrived at Old Trafford from Torino of the Italian Serie A and has slotted right away into manager Louis van Gaal’s first team at Manchester United, having played in all six of their games so far this season.

The Red Devils currently sit fifth in the league standings after four rounds of the 2015/16 Premier League season. They have won twice and drawn and lost one each in their first four fixtures.

Van Gaal’s side are preparing to take on Liverpool in their next league fixture to be played after the ongoing international break.

And Darmian feels that it is important to treat all games with utmost importance and not just the ones against the big teams.

“I am sure these are the matches the fans wait for more anxiously but we’ve simply got to concentrate game by game on all our opponents, not just the top sides, and play our best."
