Chelsea forward Diego Costa insists he is not thinking about a move back to Atletico Madrid, adding that he is happy at Stamford Bridge.

Costa moved to the London outfit in the summer of 2014 and went on to enjoy a spectacular inaugural season in the Premier League as his 20 league goals fired Chelsea to their first league title in five years.

However, he was linked with a move back to the Vicente Calderon this summer amidst speculation that he was unsettled in London.

Costa has refuted such notions, saying that he never considered a return to Madrid and has started a new life in London. He also says he feels happy in England.

“I had a really good season last season, I was champion [of the Premier League] with Chelsea, so it was never in my head to leave”, he was quoted as saying by Spanish daily Sport.
