West Ham United goalkeeper Darren Randolph feels that his side showed their capabilities in their win over Liverpool, adding that no one would have thought that the Hammers would demolish the Reds so comprehensively at Anfield.

Slaven Bilic’s side started their 2015/16 Premier League campaign in emphatic fashion as they defeated Arsenal 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium, but they lost their two successive matches at Upton Park, to Leicester City and Bournemouth respectively.

However, they recovered from the twin losses to register an emphatic 3-0 win over Liverpool at Anfield as a goal each from Manuel Lanzini, Mark Noble and Diafra Sakho completed a historic win at the iconic ground of the Merseyside giants.

Randolph, who joined the Hammers this summer from Birmingham of the English Championship, says that they had two disappointing games at home, but they showed their prowess in the win over Liverpool.

“It was disappointing to lose the two home games but it shows what we can do when everyone is at the top of their game”, he was quoted as saying by his club’s site.
