Bayern Munich, Everton and Sunderland are scouting Norwegian teen sensation Henrik Asali Hanssen, who has been dubbed the new Martin Odegaard.

The Bavarians were interested in another teen sensation, Odegaard, but despite their attempts to snare him away from Stromsgodset, the 16-year-old eventually joined Real Madrid in January this year.

However, Bayern Munich now have their eyes set on Hanssen and according to fvn.no, they have been extensively scouting the player over the last few months.

The German champions are not keen to lose out on the 15-year-old and are stepping up on their interest in order to take the youngster to the Allianz Arena soon.

However, Pep Guardiola’s men might face stiff competition from England and it has been suggested that Sunderland and Everton have also watched the player in recent months.

Hanssen is aware of the interest surrounding him, but he is not taking his eye off his ambition to become a top class professional in the future.

The 15-year-old Norwegian was quoted as saying by Eurosport Deutschland: “I am aware of it.

“But I am trying not to think about it as otherwise one cannot concentrate on his goal.

“My big dream is to become a professional player and play in one of the top five European leagues.”

It has been claimed that Hanssen wants to consistently play in the Norwegian top flight before he moves to a big club in the future.
