Jack Grealish has chosen to pledge his international future to England, ending speculation over where the 20-year-old will play senior international football.

Three Lions boss Roy Hodgson has been keen to see Grealish come to a decision over which country he wants to represent at international level; Grealish has turned out for the Republic of Ireland at Under-17, Under-18 and Under-21 level.




And now the highly-rated midfielder has opted to commit himself to England, which puts him in the frame to now push to be included in Hodgson's squad for Euro 2016 next summer.

Aston Villa announced the news of their midfielder making his decision.
 


The Premier League side took to Twitter to write: "Jack Grealish has made a decision over his international future and opted to play for England."

Now Tim Sherwood will hope that the midfielder can put his full focus into Aston Villa after resolving where he will play at senior international level.

It remains to be seen when Hodgson will call Grealish up to his England squad.
