Uwe Rosler is not about to raid the loan market to bolster his squad despite Leeds United slipping to a 2-0 defeat at home to Birmingham City today.

The Whites are still waiting for their first home victory this season and their dismal run continued after Gary Rowett's men ran out comfortable winners at Elland Road.

Rosler admits his side are conceding too many goals and failing to score enough at the other end, something which is cause for concern for the former Wigan Athletic boss.

"A team don't need to do much to score against us at this moment in time. When we are 1-0 down teams sit deep, making it difficult and managing the game", he told LUTV.

While Rosler wants to turn the ship around at Elland Road, he is ready to work with the players he has, rather than looking to make additions.

And the Leeds boss feels it is up to the players, his coaches and himself to come up with the answers, especially when it comes to playing at Elland Road.

"We have the players we have. I'm happy with that. The answer is not always to look somewhere else.

"But everybody in that dressing room, including me, including my coaches, have to come up with the answers because when you want to be part of Leeds United you have to improve your home form", he added.

Rosler can comfort himself by the fact he was backed by volatile Leeds chairman Massimo Cellino earlier this week, with the club supremo praising his work ethic, professionalism and organisational skills.
