Leeds United head coach Uwe Rosler is prepared to make changes to his team selection and style of play in order to turn around his side's fortunes at Elland Road.

Rosler's men have not won at Elland Road all season and went down to defeat the ground earlier today, suffering a 2-0 loss to Gary Rowett's Birmingham City.

The Leeds boss believes that his side now have a problem playing at home and one which is all of their own making.

"Definitely [it’s a problem at home]", he told LUTV, adding: "We're not blaming anybody. I said to the players in the dressing room that the answers have to come through in the dressing room, through all of us."

The German admits that his coaching staff and himself are not squeezing every drop of talent out of the Leeds' team at home, while easily conceded goals do not help.

"I think at the moment we are not getting the potential out of our players in home games, not offensively and defensively.

"A team don't need to do much to score against us at this moment in time. When we are 1-0 down teams sit deep, making it difficult and managing the game."

And the former Wigan Athletic boss will shake things up in terms of the players he picks and the way he sends his team out to win games at Elland Road, as he looks to stop the rot and set about making the ground a fortress.

"A lot of teams have more experience in game management, they turn down the tempo, they break our rhythm and obviously we make it very open, and are then vulnerable for another counter attack.

"I've always wanted to play the game in the right way and we've done that, but at home we now need to come up with some different team selections, simplify our way of playing.

"The expectation at Elland Road will not change, the demands will not change and we have to make sure that we are stronger at both ends, more competitive, mentally stronger."
