West Ham United are not pressing stop on their interest in FC Midtjylland winger Pione Sisto and are continuing to monitor his progress in Denmark, though they do now have company.

It was claimed in the summer transfer window that Danish outfit Midtjylland accepted a bid for Sisto from West Ham, only for the player himself to conclude his career would be best served by staying put.

Sisto is determined to remain with Midtjylland and clock up regular first team football, believing that at the age of 20 he has ample time to move abroad.

Scouting in the winger has not slowed though and according to Danish outlet Tipsbladet, Sisto was scouted in his side's Europa League match against Club Brugge by a number of clubs.

West Ham were represented in the stands, while so too were Everton and Manchester City.

French champions Paris Saint-Germain sent their talent spotter to the match, as they keep close tabs on Sisto. All scouts at the fixture saw Sisto play his part and score in a 3-1 win in Belgium.

Sisto is now a senior Denmark international, having been capped earlier this year, and it remains to be seen whether any interested clubs make a bid for him when the window swings back open in the new year.
