Former Belgium international Wesley Sonck feels Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Dembele is more talented than either Eden Hazard or Kevin De Bruyne.

While not at his best this season, Hazard had a phenomenal last campaign, where he won the Premier League title with Chelsea and swept the Player of the Year awards in England.

Though his performances for Wolfsburg last term De Bruyne became one of the most sought-after playmakers in the world and Manchester City paid big money to take the former Chelsea man back to England in the summer.

Despite the Premier League duo’s recent performances, the former Belgium international feels Dembele is the most the talented Belgian around at the moment.

He feels despite the abundance of quality in the current Belgium squad, the Tottenham midfielder stands out for him.

"[Thomas] Vermaelen, [Jan] Vertonghen, [Anthony] Vanden Borre… But I insist, the greatest talent is Moussa Dembele”, Sonck told Het Laatste Nieuws.

“Some may say they want Eden or De Bruyne, but Moussa has the most qualities – it’s not normal how strong he is on the ball.

“I've seen him during training turn [Vincent] Kompany into a fool.”

While Hazard and De Bruyne are important figures for their respective clubs, Dembele has been in and out of the team for Tottenham and has been recently struggling with a few niggling injuries.
