Former Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has revealed that he would like to have another stint in the English Premier League before he retires from management.

The Italian has had stints with clubs in Italy, England, France and Spain and has won three Champions Leagues through the course of his illustrious managerial career.

Ancelotti was last in charge of Real Madrid and guided them to their coveted tenth European Cup in his first season at the Santiago Bernabeu. However, he was sacked a year later after the club failed to secure any major silverware.

The manager, who was at the helm of Chelsea from 2009 until 2011 and guided the Blues to a domestic double of the Premier League title and the FA Cup in 2010, has revealed that he intends to have another stint in the English top flight.

"It is ideal, not only for football environment, but for everything around football”, he told Corriere dello Sport.
