Rangers forward Kenny Miller feels that the club are heading in the right direction under the stewardship of Mark Warburton.

The Englishman, who guided Brentford to a Championship playoff spot last season, has been given the reins of the Gers for the 2015/16 campaign.

And he has started the season strongly as the Scottish giants have ran rampant in the league, winning all of the nine games they have played so far to sit top of the standings.

They have already built up a nine-point lead over second placed Raith Rovers as they attempt a return to the Scottish Premiership by winning the Championship this season.

And Miller, who has scored five times from his 11 appearances across all competitions so far this season, feels that the club are on the right track under Warburton and the whole team have bought into the ways of the Englishman.

“I think we are doing now what everybody feels that we should be doing”, the forward was quoted as saying by his club’s site.

“When a new manager comes in, it can go either way but the lads have really responded to the manager’s methods, his instructions and the way that he wants us to play.”
