Leeds United head coach Steve Evans has made good on his word to field Lee Erwin in this afternoon's Under-21 game against Huddersfield Town.

Erwin turned out for the Whites during Friday night's friendly away at Wycombe Wanderers and scored in the 2-0 win.

Evans explained after the match that he feels the former Motherwell striker still has to work on his fitness and said he would field him in the Under-21 match today.

And Erwin does start in the game, as the head coach is true to his word.

Kalvin Phillips, another player knocking on the senior team door, is also handed an opportunity to impress the head coach.
