Former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba has backed Jose Mourinho to turn around the Blues' stuttering campaign.

Chelsea, who won the Premier League and the League Cup under Mourinho’s guidance last season, are struggling for consistency this term.

The London club have already been ousted from the League Cup and presently find themselves 15th in the Premier League with 14 points from 13 games, 14 behind leaders Leicester City.

In addition, Chelsea are yet to guarantee their place in the knockout rounds of the Champions League.

However, Drogba feels Mourinho can still salvage Chelsea’s season, with the Stamford Bridge outfit winning their last two games in all competitions.
