Arsene Wenger has bemoaned further injury blows suffered by Arsenal in their 1-1 draw at Carrow Road against Norwich City this afternoon.

Arsenal suffered a blow after eight minutes when Laurent Koscielny picked up a knock. The Frenchman carried on for a further two minutes, but was then replaced by Gabriel Paulista.

But Arsenal shrugged off the knock and went ahead in the 30th minute when John Ruddy kicked the ball straight to Alexis Sanchez, who played in Mesut Ozil.

The German made no mistake, lifting the ball over the onrushing Ruddy and into the back of the net.

However, Norwich drew level before half time when Lewis Grabban got on the end of a Robbie Brady ball to finish in the 43rd minute.

Arsenal tried to get back in front in the second half, but lost Sanchez, who hobbled off, on the hour mark.

It ended 1-1, with Santi Cazorla also having suffered an injury blow and Wenger provided an update on those affected after the match.

"Santi Cazorla finished on one leg, he has a knee problem. Alexis Sanchez has a thigh problem and Laurent Koscielny has a hip problem", Wenger said on Sky Sports.

"I would have rested Sanchez today, but he said to me before the game he was fine to play."

The Gunners boss concedes that his side were below their best and feels his men suffered physically, being a little jaded.

"Of course we are concerned, but you go though spells like this in the season.

"We were a bit below par today, but at least we didn't lose."
