Leeds United spent just £786,897 on agents' fees over the period from October 2014 to November 2015, after the Football League released figures of the total amount paid for agents' services by Championship clubs.

Leading the Championship standings in terms of agents fees are Cardiff City, with £2.8m lavished on the services of deal-makers. Reading also spent over £2m, paying a total of £2.3m to agents over the 12-month period.




Nottingham Forest spent a total of £1.44m, with Derby County also in the £1m plus club, with £1.1m, while Hull City's spend came in at £1.8m.

Fulham meanwhile splashed out a healthy £2.7m as they sought to sign the players to take them back to the Premier League, with QPR, also looking for a return to the top flight, paying out £2.3m.
 


Leeds paid £786,897, a total below even Brighton (£912,421) and Bolton Wanderers (£964,869).

Lower spenders on the list include the likes of MK Dons, who paid just £672,371, Charlton Athletic with £656,759 and Brentford at £600,636.

Bristol City gave agents just £231,316, with Preston North End coming in even lower at £194,961 and Rotherham United at £185,430.
