Luciano Becchio has again reaffirmed his love for Leeds United.

The Argentine striker, who is currently on the lookout for a new club to join in the winter transfer window, is a fan favourite at Elland Road due to a spell which saw him net 86 times for the Whites.

Becchio is keen to return to Leeds for another stint, but it is less than clear whether Whites head coach Steve Evans will take him up on the offer.

But if he did, he would be signing a player whose love of Leeds is not in question.

Asked on Twitter to say how much he loves Leeds on a scale of one to ten, Becchio could not put a number on his affection for the Whites.

He replied: "I don't know how much, but trust me I love this club to much.."

Leeds were hunting a striker in the emergency loan window earlier this month, but came up short, meaning Evans is likely to continue his bid to bring in another hitman when the window opens again in the new year.

Becchio, who was recently in Spain to recover from a minor injury, would jump at the chance to sign again for the Whites.
