David de Gea has revealed that capturing the Premier League title at the end of the 2012/13 season is still the greatest moment of his Manchester United career.

De Gea joined the Red Devils in the summer of 2011 and came within a whisker of winning the league title in his first season at the club, only for Sergio Aguero and Manchester City to steal the title away from Manchester United in the final minutes of the 2011/12 campaign.

Sir Alex Ferguson vowed to win the league again and bought Robin van Persie from Arsenal to reassert their dominance both in Manchester and England.

In what turned out to be the Scot’s last season as Manchester United boss, the Red Devils won the league in dominant fashion and De Gea received a winners’ medal for his efforts in guarding their goal.

And the Spaniard admits that remains the best moment of his Manchester United career till date.
